Towson University Athletics is the collegiate sports program of Towson University and is based in Towson, Maryland. Known as the Towson Tigers, they’re a part of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA), along with nine other schools competing at the NCAA Division I (D-I) level.
Challenge: Promotion & Growth Support
The Towson Tigers program is made up of 19 varsity teams in the CAA and East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL), which is consisted of 540 student-athletes. In need of additional brand support to promote their status as a competitive NCAA D-I program and encourage the continued growth of their teams, they knew they wanted to partner with a local business to get it done.

Process & Solution: Resourceful Partnership
Towson University Athletics became an official corporate partner with Strategic Factory, naming us their “Official Printing Company”. However, as a single-point provider for print, signage, branding, and marketing, our team has had the opportunity to offer much more than print services.
Strategic Factory has been the go-to resource for the athletic program, helping them boost their brand visibility on a national stage and among prospective student-athletes. From signage in Johnny Unitas Stadium, SECU Arena, and John B.Schuerholz Park to branded promotional student giveaways, our teams have ensured the Towson Tigers brand continues to grow with the program and is easily recognizable among D-I teams.
