In 1999, I immigrated to the U.S.A. and began my journey in the print industry, purchasing a tiny, two-person print franchise. We didn’t have much, but we had a group of loyal customers who believed in us and spread the word. It was the beginning of my American dream.
In 2024, Strategic Factory will celebrate its 25th anniversary and I will celebrate 25 years in the U.S.A. chasing my American dream. It seems like just yesterday I started this venture and now years have flown by and Strategic Factory has expanded far beyond what I could have ever imagined. I feel wiser, shaped by all the trials and triumphs that come with being a business owner in a new country. I’m watching my children go off to college and start their own American dreams now, and it fills me with immense pride and reflection on my journey thus far.
To my family and the local community that have surrounded me and supported my dreams for Strategic Factory all these years, thank you! We are proud to call Maryland our home and we remain committed to making a positive impact and for continued growth here.
To my rockstar team members who show up to deliver their best in service and expertise every day, I am so proud of all that we have accomplished together over the past 25 years. On September 19th, 2024, Strategic Fest marked a major milestone—our 25th anniversary—and it was a day filled with excitement, community, and celebration! Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it an unforgettable event.
The festivities kicked off with the grand ribbon-cutting ceremony at our brand-new facility in Owings Mills, Maryland. This expansion symbolizes a huge leap forward for our team, and we were thrilled to share the moment with so many friends, partners, and supporters. Guests arrived in style, walking the red carpet, mingling with Ravens cheerleaders and mascot Poe, and enjoying exclusive live demonstrations on our signage production floor.
The fun didn’t stop there—delicious food and drinks from local favorites kept everyone fueled as live music set the tone for a festive atmosphere. Attendees also had the chance to win exciting giveaways throughout the day, adding to the high-energy excitement.
But beyond the fun, we’re proud of the heart behind Strategic Fest. As a Maryland-based business committed to community growth, we partnered with 25 nonprofit and charitable organizations throughout 2024, fundraising for them as part of our anniversary celebrations. During Strategic Fest, 100% of ticket sales were donated to these featured nonprofits, and our CEO, Keith Miller, MATCHED everyone who attended. Drum roll…
